2. Returns & Product Policy

Digital Products & AI Services

Due to the instant-access and non-reversible nature of digital products, AI outputs, SaaS tools, subscriptions, downloads, templates, licenses, and virtual goods, all digital purchases are final once accessed unless otherwise required by law.

Physical Goods (If Offered)

Physical goods may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return authorization is required prior to shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

3. Refund & Payment Dispute Policy

Important – Payment Disputes:
Customers agree to contact support prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method at our sole discretion.

TheCEO.ai maintains transaction records, IP logs, access logs, and digital usage verification for fraud prevention and merchant compliance.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

Immediate account suspension or termination
Revocation of digital access
Debt recovery actions
Reporting to payment processors

4. Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund prior billing periods unless legally required.

Access continues through the end of the active billing cycle.

Newsletter subscriptions may be canceled at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in email communications.

5. Legal & Export Compliance

Services may not be accessed or used in violation of United States export laws, sanctions regulations, or other applicable international trade laws.

By using TheCEO.ai, you represent that:

You are not located in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction;
You are not listed on any government sanctions list;
Your use complies with all applicable laws.

6. Promotions & Special Offers

Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers are subject to change or termination at any time without notice.

Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated;
Promotional pricing may not apply to renewal terms;
Abuse of promotions may result in account suspension.

7. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from the use of TheCEO.ai shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.

Arbitration shall occur in the State of Illinois unless otherwise required by law.

Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
