TheCEO.ai is an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operated by Btown LLC that provides strategic insights, analysis, automation, and decision-support tools.

Outputs generated by TheCEO.ai are produced using automated systems and artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. AI Output Disclaimer (No Reliance)

IMPORTANT: AI-generated outputs from TheCEO.ai:

• Are provided “as-is” and “as-available”
• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions

You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on AI-generated content is solely at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use TheCEO.ai only for lawful purposes
• Independently verify AI-generated outputs before acting on them
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Services
• Not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, models, logic, interfaces, branding, and software are the exclusive property of Btown LLC or its licensors.

• You retain ownership of your original inputs.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use AI outputs for internal or personal use.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or commercialize outputs unless explicitly authorized.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using TheCEO.ai, you consent to data collection, processing, and storage as described therein.

Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to improve system performance and platform functionality.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. TheCEO.ai may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Btown LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Services during the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Btown LLC, TheCEO.ai, and their officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your reliance on AI-generated outputs

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TheCEO.ai after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
